Losing weights can sometime be the hardest thing to achieve even thought it may seem like you should be able to do it since it’s your own body. But often times, we realize that’s not the case. And it is not just all about losing weights that we should be concerned about; losing healthy weights is more important. They healthy and easy ways to lose weight are as follows:
Drink water. Water is a healthy part of our diet. And drinking water throughout the day helps our stomach feel more full and thuse we end up eating less. It is because water takes the place of food in our stomach. Although we will still need to eat food, but we stay hydrated with water we feel less hungry.
Learn to eat like one. We have to pay attention as we eat - that is if we keep eating without thinking it is very likely that we will over eat. Over eating can be defined as when we eat more than what our body really needs. If you eat mindlessly, you will most likely overeat. You’ll just keep cramming food into yourself until you’ve eaten too much. We’ve all felt the pain of being overstuffed. Don’t allow that to happen — be mindful of your eating, and of your hunger.
Eat On Time. What this means is eat when you feel hungry - not everytime and not until you have almost starved yourself. We shouldn’t put off eating food until the hunger builds into an insatiable monster. When you start to get a little hungry, eat a snack. You don’t need to eat a full-on meal … just some fruit, some crackers, maybe some low-fat dairy cheese or yogurt or cottage cheese — although I prefer soy yogurt, oatmeal, some nuts, dried fruit, etc. Just something to tide you over until you feel hungry again, or until you can eat a bigger meal.
You know every year, we make new year resolution and plans to lose weight, but we never seem to finish it to the end. Here are some of the tips and ways you can help yourself achieve weight loss for sure this time:
Write It Down: Whatever your goal is, write them down - whether it’s a long term or short term. Having it written down helps you feel like you really need to do it - it is like making a contract with yourself that this time you have to lose some weight and you can’t ignore it.
Be Realistic: You have to know that there are certain things or levels that you can’t achieve. Therefore, stay realistic and don’t set your goals to unachievable, unrealistic goals such as Lose 50 pounds in May. It is actually a harmful practice.
Stay Positive: You have to stay positive during the entire process. You will face setbacks, but you have to know that’s a part of life. Things can’t always be positive but we have to work on it to make it as better as we can.
Good Mind Set: One of the best tips a lot of people who have successfully lose their weight will give you is that you have to set you mind up to achieve your goal. You have to tell yourself this is a serious matter and not a joke. Tell yourself that defining and meeting your goals will be a huge boost to your self-image.
Dealing with ’spring forward’ can be hard. If you’re already sleep-deprived, a strategy for Sunday’s time change is in order.
It is important to go to bed earlier on Saturday night. That way you can get up later Sunday morning without feeling much sleep deprived. It should help most people achieve more sleep and prevent potentially dangerous sleep loss. And if you end up not going to bed earlier, consider taking a nap later on.
A word of caution for you: driving to work on the Monday following the time change, since you and the drivers around you may not be as bright-eyed and vigilant as usual.

Whiten you teeth: Old ladies have teeth that are dingy, stained or yellow, while young girls’ teeth are white and bright.
