Even with the explosion of internet, and especially the video and social networking sites like YouTube and Myspace, TV shows are nonetheless the most watched and surfed thing right now. Here are some of the most watched television shows:

Rock of Love with Bret Michaels: The more pathetic and desperate the ladies of “Rock of Love” gets in every season, and many more viewers want to watch. It’s wild, unpredictable, and often hysterical.

Lost: “Lost” is many people’s favorite tv show. The producers are very good at keeping the suspense and making people come back to watch the every next episode.

The Hills: The show seem to chant the mantra that it is more important to look good than to feel good. And whether it’s the fashionistas on “America’s Next Top Model” or the Hollywood hotties from “The Hills,” you like your shows stylish and your characters cool.

American Idol: You didn’t really care about TV until REALITY came along. You’re always up for a good old-fashioned contest and are just as content watching aspiring pop singers battle it out on “American Idol.”
