Breakfast often considered the easiest food that anybody can make in a limited time. But making a breakfast can also take a lot of time if you don’t make yourself aware of the time. And breakfast has to be healthy since that’s the first thing you eat right before you head to your work and start doing your job. Here are some ways and tips to make your breakfast healthy, simple and easy:
Fresh fruit salad. Now that’s probably the easiest one. But it is very healthy too. Grabe some apples, melons, berries, oranges, pears, bananas, grapes and some of them maybe too big, so cut them up and blend them gently. Add a citrus juice like lime or lemon juice to them. Enjoy it.
Scrambled tofu. believe it or not scramble tofu is healthier than scrambled eggs. And once you add some onions, green peppers, bright veggies, some light soy sauce, tamari, some garlic power and pepper, it will do a magic for you. To make it taste better stir fry with a little olive oil. You can enjoy this meal at the breakfast table with whole-grain toast.
Protein shake and stuff. Soy protein powder can work too well, so experts consider blending it up with low fat milks. You can also add some leftover frozen blueberries in your fridge, and if possible add some almond butter, oatmeal or flax seeds.
