Why do we get Hungry after exercise?

What’s reason behind getting hungry after a workout? If you find yourself eating more after an intensive exercise routine, you’re not alone:

Maybe you really do: it is posible that you got calories left in your body to get burned down; so it is asking for more in the form of hunger. Feed it.

It’s just psychological: after we workout intensely, we just feel that we used a lot of energy now we need to fill our stomach up, so we feel hungry right away.

Very simple explanation is that it is much easier to eat more calories than it is to burn off those calories with exercise.
